Recreational teams at the U5/U6 level play in an in-house micro league of partial practices and partial scrimmage style games.
Recreational teams at U7/U8 play in an in-house league 4 v 4 subject to the rules as posted to the right. These are modified rules used within PS United.
Recreational teams from U9 level up are members of the Waukesha Area Recreational Soccer (WARS), and play is governed by rules agreed to by all other WARS clubs. Rules vary based on age group, but emphasize the recreational aspect of play.
The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association oversees all soccer programs throughout the state. WYSA oversees coaching certifications and rules for clubs at all levels of play.
